Soul of the Elephant is a very different and very personal film about one of the mystic and iconic creatures of Africa, a look into their behavior that indicates a deeper, more sentient being, the actions that point to a complex understanding of themselves and the world they live in, a look deep into the soul of elephants - all through the eyes and thoughts of renowned filmmakers, Dereck and Beverly Joubert.
