Through his agency La Belle Ambiance, he assists players in the music and film industries in their development and works to promote their art.

Lara Izard
Communication manager
With a diverse background, a curious mind, and a strong sense of commitment, Lara is passionate about the world around her. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Lyon, spending a semester abroad in Rio de Janeiro, and completing a civic service program in Lisbon, she decided to settle in the City of Light.
She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Communication and Cultural Strategies at CELSA, where she is studying the challenges of cultural dissemination. Particularly drawn to socially conscious cinema, she is committed to championing works that carry meaning.
Originally from a small village in the Jura region, her relationship with culture was long shaped by the films screened in the two auditoriums of Les Quinsonnets, the cinema of her childhood. It is with this same passion that she now hopes to make a lasting contribution to the film industry.

Former head of the FIMAC (International Festival of Corporate Audiovisual Medias) and the INATEC (National Archives of Corporate Audiovisual Medias), Georges has produced and directed over 300 films for international institutions, corporations, and governmental agencies. Julie Vient
Production Manager
Curious about her surroundings and constantly seeking new challenges, Julie joined the Deauville Green Awards team in November 2025 as Production Manager.
Personally committed to ecology and the defense of social values, she satisfies her thirst for entrepreneurship through impactful artistic projects.
While studying for her bachelor's degree in cinema at Paris III, Julie entered the world of cinema through internships in production and programming companies and volunteering for university and solidarity projects. These encounters, and particularly her experience with the Pathé group, reinforced her decision to work closely with those involved in cinema.
It is in this context that she is regularly sought after for the position of first assistant director on short films, punctuating her free time with film shoots.

Maxime Bos
Freelance Graphic designer
Maxime has been a freelance graphic designer since 2020, specializing in Typography, Motion Design and Illustration. His professional career led him to work for the Deauville Green Awards, where he is responsible for the festival's graphic creations, such as posters, event banners, flyers, etc. He works for several companies in Paris and Bordeaux. Its objective is to highlight its knowledge for ethical projects with high added value, focused on the future.

Jeanne Medveski
General Coordinator
A lawyer by training, Jeanne spent two years working as a video production manager with the Figaro Classifieds team. Passionate about audiovisual culture and digital industries, she has just joined the festival as general coordinator. She enjoys leading meaningful projects and influencing the way future generations think. Having just returned from a trip to Australia lasting almost a year, she is versatile and comfortable in international environments.

Sven Pic
Production Manager
Passionate about cinema and the arts more broadly, if you're looking for Sven, you're sure to find him at an exhibition in Paris. He deepened his interest in the seventh art by studying audiovisual and event production in his native region of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Île-de-France.
After a year of work-study at the Forum des images as an event production assistant, where he helped organize several film and arts festivals, he confirmed his desire to build a career in this field.
In November 2025, Sven joined the Deauville Green Awards team as production manager.

Julia Gonçalves
Communications Assistant
Julia grew up in the Paris region, immersed in both music and film. It was only natural that she began her studies with a year of musicology, culminating in a university diploma, before attending a private music school where she further developed her artistic practice and pursued a dual degree in event production.
Drawn to the inner workings of culture in its broadest sense, she then enrolled at ICART in the first year of Cultural Industries Management, to structure her expertise at the intersection of artistic and strategic approaches. A curious traveler, Julia has explored Brazil, Korea, Italy, and many other countries. This global perspective enriches her understanding of cultures and cinematic narratives.
It is with this multifaceted sensibility, encompassing both live performance and visual media, that she joins the Deauville Green Awards team today as a communications intern. A first concrete immersion into the world of the festival, where she discovers from the inside the workings of cultural events.
