Producer and Director of the production company that produces NMC in respect of ecology and sustainable development, corporate films, documentaries and advertising for companies and television. He has over 20 years' experience in filming for development aid organisations and non-governmental organisations.

Valérie Servant
Project coordinator
With her 15 years of experience in the industry, Valérie Servant has explored all areas of audiovisual production. With a degree in management from Paris Dauphine, in print journalism (JTC, London), she entered the audiovisual industry via cinema and TV, as an assistant director and then as a director. As a documentary filmmaker, she has worked on women's and children's causes through NGO networks (Médecins du Monde, Afrique Verte). She then turned to event management, both in technical control and in production. Experienced in project management, especially digital, she joined the Deauville Green Awards team for the 2020 connected edition.

Georges Pessis
Vice-President
Former head of the FIMAC (International Festival of Corporate Audiovisual Medias) and the INATEC (National Archives of Corporate Audiovisual Medias), Georges has produced and directed over 300 films for international institutions, corporations, and governmental agencies. He is the author of 'Enterprise and Cinema, 100 years of images', 'Corporations and their image', and the 'Bilingual dictionary of audiovisual terms'. He also taught at Paris-Dauphine, Celsa and Insead, and lectured at Stanford University. He is knighted in the Order of Merit and the Order of Arts and Letters.

Pilar Parodi
General Coordinator
After a childhood and youth filled with artistic projects around music, theatre, dance and cinema, Pilar left for a year of Erasmus in Paris as part of her studies in French Philology at the University of Cadiz in 2019. During this year she discovered the city and the world of cultural management through her experience in La Sorbonne’s theatre society. Thus, she decided to come back to Paris in September 2021. She joined ICART to study Cultural Engineering and Management and joined the Deauville Green Awards team in April 2022 to take charge of event production and public programming.

Juliette Aver
Animator
Dutch by her mother and Franco-Swiss by her father, born in Paris, Juliette Aver has been an actress for 10 years. She lived her first years in Prague, Czech Republic. Back in France, she started acting and acquired her classical and contemporary bases, from Molière to Coluche. After studying at the Conservatoire du XVIème de Paris, she began working on film and voice-over projects. In addition to her acting activity, Juliette has also created her own translation and interpreting company and is a language and accent coach. Ecologically active (notably by regularly launching waste collection missions at sea and on land in the Calanques of Marseille) and passionate about nature, it is quite natural that Juliette has agreed to come and animate this new edition of the Deauville Green Awards Festival.

Maxime Bos
Freelance Graphic designer
Maxime has been a freelance graphic designer since 2020, specializing in Typography, Motion Design and Illustration. His professional career led him to work for the Deauville Green Awards, where he is responsible for the festival's graphic creations, such as posters, event banners, flyers, etc. He works for several companies in Paris and Bordeaux. Its objective is to highlight its knowledge for ethical projects with high added value, focused on the future.

Jonathan Peynet
General Delegate
After studies in International Management that took him to Asia and Russia, Jonathan devoted himself to environmental causes and the development of film festivals in Europe. He joins the Deauville Green Awards team in 2012 where he participates in its international development and in the coordination of the event from the festival's offices in Berlin.

Urszula Gleisner
Programming Manager
Urszula is an expert in XR content, advising on marketing and communication strategy, and managing XR projects internationally. Urszula has been involved in international festivals such as: Stereopsia” in Belgium, “Recto VRso” digital art festival in France, “Off-Courts” festival, “Break Down These Walls” in France, “Learn Do Share in Poland, DISCOP in South Africa. His 20 years of experience in international organizations and new media companies (VRrOOM, Technicolor, UNESCO, Hewlett-Packard, Vision Factory) allows him to effectively support producers, companies, festivals and institutions in the management and development of their immersive projects. She is currently developing Butterfly XR, a start-up that creates experiences addressing taboo and mental health issues, which psychologically supports women and their caregivers at all stages of life, based on virtual reality and metaverse. Urszula holds an MBA in Audiovisual Production and an MBA in International Business.

Didier Waldung
General Secretary
Beginning his career as a journalist, Didier perfected his skills in public relations and joined a large industrial group community to serve as head of corporate communications. After two years as Board Director at Image & Strategy, he created his own communications agency: MediaStyle. Didier graduated from Sciences Po Paris with a BA in History and a holds a Masters in Communication Law.
