 Deauville Green Awards - the international festival of film production on social responsibility and eco-innovation, focuses on the audiovisual communication of corporations, organisations and public administrations in the field of sustainable development and the preservation of the environment.

The festival welcomes applications from PR-agencies, producers and directors, marketing and communication professionals from corporate companies, public administrations, tv channels, multi- and trans-media agencies, associations and organisations. The 14th edition will take place on June the 4th, 2025. Deauville Green Awards is organised by the association "Un écran pour la planète".  

3 Competitions

SPOT: advertising messages of awareness (less than 1 minute)

INFO: audiovisual communication of corporations, businesses or administrations (less than 25 minutes)

DOCU: documentary programs and creative documentaries (more than 25 minutes)

Registration Process

Each film must be registered using the "programme registration form" which can be found on our website until the 1st of March 2025.

All productions entered must have been made after January 1st 2023. 

To be accepted, you must submit the online registration form, pay the registration fee and send us your video files by the 1st of March 2025The recommended format for a good quality projection of image and sound is .mov or .mp4 1080p (full HD).

Due to the large number of films in the competition, the projection of the longest films can be shortened at Deauville to free up important time for exchanges between the jurors and the film teams and to ensure the projection of all the finalists. 

Television programs, documentaries (including webdocs), corporate and institutional films, web programs, business cards, promotional messages, training programs, etc. are accepted. in French or English. For other languages, please attach a synopsis in French or English.

The registration of a film at the festival, therefore, grants a transfer of rights for the distribution on the festival site of all or part of the film, its screening before the festival audience, extracts from the programs of the festival. information about the festival and, after the presentation of the trophies, its broadcast on a viewing platform with free access. The individual entering the film certifies that he has acquired the rights of reproduction and representation of the work.

Accreditations

Each accreditations must be asked online through the "accreditation form".

Accreditation includes:

- Access to screenings, colloquiums and workshops

- Lunches and dinners, as well as the gala evening of the awards ceremony

- Access to all cocktails, meals, networking sessions, receptions and after parties

The payment of the participation fees for films and accreditation can be done

Jury and Trophies

The international jury is made up of film professionals and sustainable development experts. The jury will preselect the film finalists and then attend each presentation during the festival to determine the winners.

The best films of each category in each of the 3 competitions are likely to receive a Golden Trophy. Three Grands Prix are awarded to the best institutional films, documentaries and awareness campaigns, in all categories and sections. The films awarded by Festival partners according to their particular criteria receive a Special Prize.

It is important to note that the jury also reserve the right not to award a trophy in some cases.

Winners who cannot receive their trophies in Deauville can have it sent to them at the end of the festival, with the assumption of a 50 euro handling plus shipping fee.
