The film crew attended the historical personal change within the Executive Board of the GLS Bank, the first socio-ecological bank in the world. In 2022, not only CEO Thomas Jorberg with his strong leadership and consequent attitude was leaving after 45 years of service. Also, the former rather resilient sectors of the Bank, like organic farming, social housing or renewable energies, are now more than ever confronted with severe challenges and complex crises.
The film shows the bank in times of change, its wrestling and courageous advance in searching new questions and answers.
