Deauville Green Awards - "International Festival of audiovisual productions on sustainable development and eco-innovations" focuses on the audiovisual communication of corporations, organisations and public administrations in the field of sustainable development and the preservation of the environment.
The festival welcomes applications from PR-agencies, producers and directors, marketing and communication professionals from corporate companies, public administrations, tv channels, multi- and trans-media agencies, associations and organisations. The Festival will take place on June 19th & 20th, 2018. Deauville Green Awards is organised by the association "Un écran pour la planète".

Each entry of a production must be entered on the application form on our page Enter your productions. Only productions completed after the 1st of January 2016 can compete.
In order to be valid, the following must be completed: A full online registration, entry fees fully paid, and the production uploaded onto the festival's online platform. The best format for image and sound: .mov or .mp4 1080p.. Dvds may be exceptionnally accepted; formats under Pal-Sd will not be accepted.

The following types of audiovisual programs may be submitted: corporate, business and institutional films, public awareness advertising films, webdocs and documentaries. Official languages are English and French. For other languages, English or French subtitles and synopsis are required.
The entry of a production into the competition implies the authorisation to screen all or part of the program in front of the public of the festival and on the website of the festival, or for communication purposes, on news programs as well as on a screening platform after the festival has taken place.
Please note that each attendee of the festival on the 19th and 20th of June 2018, (including the welcome, the screenings, conferences, awards ceremony ceremony, video library, receptions and cocktail parties) must book an accreditation pass located on the website.
Entry of an audiovisual program until the 27th of April 2018: €280 excl. tax
Entry of a program after the 27th of April 2018: €380 excl. tax
Accreditation includes :
- 2 days of Film Screenings, Symposiums and Workshops
- Lunch and Dinner both days, as well as the Gala evening of the Awards Ceremony
- Access to all Cocktail Parties, Receptions and Afterparties

Jury and Trophies
The international jury is comprised of professionals from audio-visual communication and sustainability experts. They screen the submitted films and attend the presentation during the festival to determine the winners.
The best film of each category in each of the three competitions are likely to receive the Gold Green Award. Three Grands Prix are awarded to the overall best corporate film, documentary and awareness campaign. Special Awards are awarded by certain partners of the festival according to their own criteria.
Please keep in mind that the Jury is free to award or not to award a trophy.
It is possible for the winners who are unable to attend the festival in Deauville to have their trophy sent to them at the end of the festival through the payment of shipping costs and €50 (excl. tax) handling fees.
